Dial is a gentleman plumber. He listened to me when I told him what I thought the problem was (you’d be surprised how many tradesmen don’t), and rectified it. However alongside it he took out the heating plate and took time cleaning it. He only charged a marginal amount extra in addition to the service, although the work in total took a good few hours. I have already recommended Dial to a friend who was equally impressed.

I can recommend this company for all your plumbing and heating requirements. I have personally used them for a number of years (more than 12) for all my projects. Be they small maintenance works taps, leaks to major heating and boiler installs and upgrades. Works are always completed to a high standard, efficiently and on budget.

Needed to address some major drainage issues involved ripping out a recently installed high end wc and basin as well as tiled floor to get to the issue. All fixed. You wouldn't know that it had been disturbed at all. I've used Dial for a while now. Knows his game and a genuinely decent fella.

Dial is always very professional and his work is always to the highest standards. Most recently he fixed air pressure in the heating system and a leaky boiler. He is very trust worthy and we have been with him for over 20 years and never once have we had any problems. He fit out my sisters house with a new boiler and new radiators and pipes throughout it has been 3 years and we have had not a single problem.
